- 2 handfuls kale approx. 2 cups
- 1/2 cup mango
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup ice
*If using fresh mango or banana, you will want to add in a little bit of ice to get the temperature nice and cold. If using frozen fruit, no need to add ice as it will already create a cold drink.
