Honey Simple Syrup
A super simple way to elevate any cocktail, coffee or smoothie with this delicious honey simple syrup. Two parts honey to one part water. That's it!

Measure out 1/2 cup water and 1 cup honey
In a small pot, simmer on low until the honey has dissolved. You don't want this to come to a boil. Just on the stove long enough to dissolve the honey.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Pour into a glass bottle or any jar and place in the fridge.
- This recipe is for a small batch of honey simple syrup. It will give you approx. 1 1/2 cups total syrup. Feel free to adjust the amount.
- If you have raw honey, that's great! If not, you can use any honey to make a simple syrup.
- Visit a local beekeeper if you would like to try raw honey & to support your local beekeepers!
- Use a funnel to help pour liquid into jar
- Refrigerate unused liquid
- Use within 1 week for best taste
