Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
Who doesn't love a chocolate covered strawberry? Quick and easy to make and only has 3 ingredients to make.
Equipment
- 1 small microwavable bowl
- 1 baking sheet
Ingredients
- 16 oz. fresh strawberries
- 8 oz. dark chocolate chunks or chocolate of choice
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Wash strawberries and pat dry. You can choose to hull the strawberries, but this step isn't really necessary.
- Add chocolate chips to a small microwavable bowl. Add in coconut oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between until chocolate is nice and smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate and place onto prepared parchment lined baking sheet.
- Place in fridge to let chocolate harden. This should only take about 15 minutes.
